Terms & Conditions

These general terms apply to bookings and services arranged through Rentals Dubrovnik d.o.o. Specific conditions (rates, deposits, cancellation windows and house rules) are confirmed in writing for each booking before it is finalised.

Inquiries and bookings

Inquiries made through this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed bookings.
A booking is confirmed only once we have replied confirming availability, the final price and any deposit, and you have accepted those terms.
Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits and the balance due date are set out in your individual booking confirmation.
Where applicable, transfers are typically arranged in advance and paid on arrival.
Payment-card data, where collected, is handled in line with PCI DSS standards (see our Privacy Policy).

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the property or service booked and are stated in your booking confirmation.
Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can advise on the available options.

Guest responsibilities

The details you provide (names, dates, group size) must be accurate.
Guests are expected to respect the house rules of each property and applicable local regulations.

Liability

We act as an intermediary and agency arranging accommodation, tours, transfers, yacht charter and related services.
Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide and to the extent permitted by Croatian law.
